Order timelines

•     Processing time: 1 business day

•     Delivery time: 3–7 business days

Most orders arrive within these windows. Periods of high demand may cause slight delays. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us for an update.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, and within 7 business days during promotional periods. For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated arrival date shown on the product page.

You will receive notifications as your order progresses, including notice of any unexpected delay. Messages sent outside business hours, including weekends and public holidays, are answered when our team returns. If you have not heard back within 2 business days, a follow-up is welcome.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. We do not currently ship internationally.

Address changes

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we will make every effort to update it before dispatch, though this cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, you may be able to request a redirection directly through Australia Post.

Cancellations and returns

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us at info@verdantvault.com.au and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, please see our Refund Policy for change-of-mind returns and for faulty or damaged goods.
