How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Remote areas may take longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?

No — Verdant Vault dinnerware is designed for single use, ideal for events, catering, and conscious convenience. Each item is crafted for one-time use and responsible disposal.
What materials do you use?
We use natural and recycled materials such as:

- Sugarcane pulp (bagasse): lightweight and biodegradable

Are your products food-safe?
