🚚 Dispatch Enquiries

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day (up to 7 business days during promotional periods).
For preorder items, please refer to the estimated arrival date listed on the product page.

If you haven’t heard back from us within 2 business days, a gentle follow‑up is appreciated.

📮 Address Changes

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we’ll make every effort to update it before dispatch, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If your order has already shipped, you may be able to request a redirection directly through Australia Post.

🔄 Change of Mind & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

• Eligibility: To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

• Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Returned within 7 days of purchase.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).

Exclusions: For hygiene or safety reasons, some products cannot be returned unless faulty.
